I don't think you need protein for pre-workout instead of BCAA. But I don't see any problem for consuming whey protein for post dinner (assuming it's 4 hour after your dinner)

Any recommendation for pre-workout and post-dinner? Really wanna gain weight and size now.

Hmm....perhaps the cheapest dextrose could help you? Take for pre and post workout, your energy will increase a lot, but it's not recommended for fat loss people due to dextrose have high GI and will create insulin spike = store fat if it's not well used. I usually take a shake of protein for post dinner = pre-bed.

Hey, anyone consider animal pak ? It looks like very complete, more ingredients than the vits i see sold at pharmacy.
*
Definitely true, but I think the price is too skyrocketing.

That's the ultimate vitamin pack right there. Well I suppose different people have different budget.
UN daily formula multivits is only RM30, can last for 3 months for one bottle btw. Couple that with craetine mono and bcaa.. drool.gif

Wow, Daily formula just RM30 can last 3 months? Imma get it a try.

Read something post by 4rings in this thread, it's about Daily Formula.

4Rings is a pro in bodybuilding.. though i heard he retired edi. I dont think I need to buy the pro multivits like AnimalPak, its way to expensive for my budget.  One of the basics of supplements is multivits.

BTW: I just bought scivation whey, multivits, vit B complex from musclefuel.. good price IMHO.  smile.gif

I get your meaning, I do get some "discount" from him lolz. He is a real nice guy.

Btw, which multivitamin and price he gave u? You may reply me via pm if you think it's necessary.

Better not spread the price, later i got blame for ruining people business  laugh.gif

I only take B complex to help improve my moods and solve my cracked lips problem, plus its good for digestion. Not solely for bodybuilding.

Hmm, thanks.
Hmm, still thinking should get animal pak or not hmm.gif

Haha.. Not so poor also lah, buy so many supplements.
Oops, duno mah..
I read some reviews, nearly all praise the formula. There was someone who said the pills so huge it looked like broken off asteroids  shocking.gif  Damn smelly too.
*
You meant animal pak? But Orange triad and animal pak have the same price and usage duration.

Orange triad - RM160 - 270 pills (6 pills per day) - 45 days
Animal Pak - RM160 - 44servings (1 serving per day) - 45 days

But RM160 for a month and half supply of multivitamins....isn't it's too much?

RM160 for vitamins is too much for me also, if i have an extra RM160 its better to buy Creatine Esther, ZMA or NO Explode.

Yes, you have the same mind concept as me. Btw, sorry to hijack kelv's journal sweat.gif
