i reckon it depends on what you do in oil and gas company. For example, if you are a mud engineer then chances are very low.

This is different if the person is a chemical gresh graduate. They 'might' consider for post silicon design area.

Anyone here in the Supply Chain team in Intel, Penang?

How are the working conditions like? Is it a good place to start up as a fresh graduate?

Any idea the salary range for GT in Intel for a First class student + its benefits?

Got offer from them but living in Penang is not cheap...

Currently in Selangor doing Masters after degree...

The benefits of Intel is pretty good when you compared to the rest of the MNC companies. It'll all depends on what degree you've got for the 1st class and for your Masters, how relevant it is to the company.

Hi all,

I am currently MSc student and going to finish end up this year. I have applied for GT position through Intel website for almost 1 month but still no response from them yet. I would like to ask normally how long does it take to get the reply from Intel? And in case if they reject, will they send me email to confirm about that?

Please help me because I am so worried now. Intel is my dream company since i first read the PC world when I was a kid... icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif Thank you so much

Yes, actually I'm not local here. When I was young, in Secondary School, I read the first PC World magazine in my country and really impressive in PC (IBM, Acer,Dell) and Intel drool.gif from that day I really want to become an Engineer and work for Intel. Ofcourse when growing up, I still want to make my childhood dream come true, with me that is still awsome company biggrin.gif

Btw, have you started working there? How is it? I mean the life in Intel? Would you mind to share a bit?
