well couldn't be patient any longer so i updated... just so that i can play cod4 online... and so far so good. unfortunately, the ps3 hanged after about 10 games or so... but that happens sometimes even before 2.41.
Was a bit scared because during the update, the progress really shot up from 26% to 100% in a few seconds only. Arghh here's hoping all will be well. |

OMG!! i update mine using thumbdrive...it waas fine....but during the installation ada prob!! it was installing at 60% and my ps3 resets by itself!! OMG!!
dunno why that happens...but im now a happy user of ps3!! XMB rawkkss!! |

Updated mine this morning, but I left to toilet so couldn't see if it was installed from 0% to 100% properly. But so far no problem. |

It is actually 60% jumped to 100% in a split second. So that means you updated your system without problems, no worries. Happens to everyone.dunno why that happens...but im now a happy user of ps3!!
