inachi,

Believe me that it was much worse during my batch, and much more worse before my batch. Whatever that doesn't kill you will make you stronger, that is the school's philosophy. If you have heard the stories of the founder you'd understand this.

I agree but not wholly. To me, the best teacher is experience and no one can give you that but yourself.

1st of all, degree or not, should not be a problem to any professional design firm. either local or oversea
its about how good is your portfolio.

2nd, you think degree at oversea the student are very keng? the course they teach are very advance? think a gain lulz.
but its definitely an experience in life that you can't always get la.
and they do have more exposure to different kinds of events and influence then in Malaysia.

3rd, TOA i can say is the best choice any one could have locally, but from my POV is on graphic design, multimedia design, 3D Animation la.
other subject maybe some other colleges have better or more focus courses. this you need to research and see liao lo

1)coz multimedia designer not only can work as designer..lets say..err...i wanna work as video editor in a broadcasting studio..or those postproduction houses..do they look at ur portfolio as well? or only mostly those design studios look at ur portfolio only? and yeah..i asked my friend..diploma hard to find job?she said yes..coz degree students are everywhere now..and hard to get high salary.dunno la..

2)hmm..

3) since its multimedia design, so shud i go toa? im really afraid la.. i dunno wan to continue at lkw 4years or straight away jump to TOA diploma 3years.

oh ya..during my foundation 4months in lkw, i learn quite a number of things..like last time when u draw until very nice, but actually is a wrong way to draw..and now at least i learn something that i didnt learn b4.. but somehow i think i learn like not enough le..

so now my basic is not strong..cant really shade until very nice/draw until very nice..so next time i proceed to year1, will i suffering coz dunno how to draw?

LKW got la lot of degree, but on certain field not most of them are comparable to TOA diploma graduates. And hard to find jobs is because of?
Don't tell me if you have good portfolio and you are not asking too much as a fresh grad you can't get a job.

Well multimedia teaches a lot of stuff, but mostly at the end of the day you would most probably focus on doing 1 stuff.
its better if you could know what your real interest are, then you could pick a college with much more focus courses.
Like if you say you want to do video editing next time, TOA does not have so many class a sem for that lo.
