Can a husband "rape" his wife? and vice versa..., the classic controversy

nowadays, a 'nope' means 'no' to rape. unless da female is enjoy with that kind of sex. actually is simple, if husband want to rape his wife, & wife enjoy it, then thats ok, no harm. but either 1 is not enjoying that kind of sex, that means 'no'. sometimes guys has forgotten that 'sex' should be gentle & sweet, not bloody violence...shame on me as a guy saying like this...haihhh...

a rape is still a rape doesn't matter if it is within a marriage or not. non consensual sex always constitutes a rape

Legally, in Malaysia, a husband cannot rape his wife. However, this does not mean that the husband cannot be charged with other offences such as assault.
