Once you are married, do you have the right to get sex from your spouse whether he/she wants it or not?
Can a husband "rape" his wife? and vice versa..., the classic controversy

if the she/he dont want to have sex and then he/she force to do it. yes, in Malaysia law can sue the husband for the rape charge. last time this kind of incident happened in newspaper...

if i'm not mistaken, women groups in malaysia are still fighting for that amendment in the law, that rapes happens in marriages.
put it this way; how would the dude like it, if his wife ties him up, shoves something -big- up his butt without any form of lubricant or consent? that's pretty much rape for the guy-sense... |
