yup, rape is considered even in marriage bond. so long as it is "forced" without consent or agreement then its considered rape. but the sad fact is that most of the time the b**t**d get away with it cause if the girl give in halfway not considered de. furthermore if syariah law, need 4 men to witness rape case. sad....

yeah..agree...in law,a wife can say NO to his husband!!if not,can be considered as rape...btw im studying english law so in malaysia i dunno...=)
and in english law,meaning uk law,a girl cannot Rape a guy..tis is becoz the definition of rape is "the accused penetrates the victim's vagina/anus/mouth with accused's penis and the victim does not consent.." even if she at first consent but on the half way say No,the guy will be guilty of rape also,coz in law penetration is a continuing act..the consent cant be withdrawn at anytime of it,if not,= rape...
a women can only be guilty of Assault by penetration and its defined as penetration of victim's vagina/anus with any part of the body/anything else and victim does not consent and the penetration is sexual...but tis will not include penetration of mouth

i dont think marital rape is a crime in malaysia. as far as i know, the penal code doesnt say anything about marital rape except for certain situations, which means that a husband can force his wife to have sex and get away with it

No such thing la. As long there is NO CONSENT, there is rape, whether married or not. Ppl just don't know their legal rights.
