Guys I find it quite troublesome to look for the keyhole at night, apparently there's already an LED inside the circular casing. Can this be wired up by any mechanic? or have to go to specialist shops?
*
theres already a wiring there for u to put led..

juz go to any acc shop n ask them to put led there biggrin.gif

Ya lah..dont quite understand.
I do drive co's car which is manual. It is ussually difficult to shift to 1st gear as compare to other gear shifts as its precautionery. Your car must be stationery & to start run you have to shift gear to 1st. This to avoid unneasary accelaration. You play the pedal. If you on run..you play with gear 2 to 4 unless ..emergency ...you stop the car then start run. 1st gear is applied. All the while while on the move..play only gear 2-4. I simply use tips of my finger to change gear (2 to 4)..my friend tot i drive like F1. Pretty good at gear change but I dont race. blush.gif

try to ask SC to check out since it still in warraty period...
i heard from my fren who also drive a manual persona..
he told me his clutch actually "BROKEN" i donno how but its "BROKEN"
if u wan to keep a proton car in good quality, owners must do the work
because u know proton quality is.............. u all know....
take the initiative and go to SC and ask...ask them to check and show them the problem..
and don only go 1 SC...try go to those Dealers SC...some of them have different services...

I just got my BL Persona last Friday.
Haven't have much chance to test my car with long distance driving. Anyway, quite satisfy with the RM46K paid.
Smooth, quite and spacious car indeed.
The FC is still ok lah, 9.4L/100km showing on the meter with 110km total mileage.

With RM46K, this is a really good choice lor....

Again...it applies to all car made (incld Japs & Conti car). Get your car goes for 1st service..it will run smoothly with imporve FC. After 2nd service performance better ..FC better then after 1st service. Understand that after 10,000km service..your car should perform at optimum best.
How good is the FC..is ceratinly hard to determine. All depends on your driving habit.
I see some owner star barking at the SC for having high FC even before his car undergoes 1st service. When SC advice him to run further as the engine havent break in yet..he cursed & call the foremen stooopid. The onwer thinking he is smart telling everyone how bad the SC & cant rectify the FC problem of his car. Adding that ..no such thing. If Proton claimed such FC, his car should perform such..well wonder who is more stuburn & irrational.

So guys listen..if your car havent break in yet as the engine still tight with accumulated residues ..dont ever complain on why FC so high on Persona. Advice to go play with your car untill the car no longer a VIRGIN & perform like a pro. Now you know why 36 year old lady perform better in bed then 18 year old eh..??

Changing car from 4 to 2 and then 2 to 4 will cause any problem in engine? because its like burdening or forcing the car engine to change in short time..thts why... need to clarify because i do play like tht.. can save little fuel smile.gif

den thats not the clutch prob lah~ ur skilss prob
have to get used to Persona driving habit...
and stop comparing the FC like that lah~
FC is not determine by that way~
6.3L/100KM, u might have to all the way on high way drive
and constantly 90 - 100 KM/J
last time i on highway i manage to get 5.++L/100KM

conclusion, the FC is all depends on ur driving skill
Persona is just nornal on the FC, not very efficient but not a minyak monster oso~

From what I know..changing gear to lower speed will certainly consume fuel a little. Best is remain constant speed & at highest gear possible which is 4th speed..even your RPM dropped. brows.gif

campro characteristic, if u r using auto, when u going downhill, ur car will automatically change to lower gear, thus u can feel like ur car is braking a bit..

this was claimed by them to reducing u from always using the brakes sweat.gif
