I tested my CM 90cfm against the Scythe 88cfm and I can say the Scythe produces better airflow. I'm not sure how CM rated it in the beginning smile.gif

More or less about there, can't really tell the difference unless we use some measuring device? biggrin.gif Scythe also does not vibrate so much.

Easy to test oni. Use some manila card n make a tube. Chuck a ping pong ball inside n see how high it will fly with fan on. icon_idea.gif

Okay, here's some reviews:

http://www.overclock.net/air-cooling/74507...er-corsair.html

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lf3p5XfYLsA

1) You feel nothing when you put your hand behind the fan, because the fan has High CFM not STATIC PRESSURE.
2) HIGH STATIC PRESSURE doesn't mean HIGH CFM.
3) HIGH CFM doesn't mean HIGH STATIC PRESSURE.
4) Of course some fans have both HIGH CFM and STATIC PRESSURE.
5) HIGH STATIC PRESSURE fan good for blowing heatsink or other hardware in your casing.
6) HIGH CFM fan good for exhaust/intake (More cool air go into the casing, hot air exhaust from the casing fast)

Correct me if I'm wrong blush.gif
I'm using Cooler Master 90 CFM Green LED Fan now, quite satisfied with it. rclxms.gif

*Edit* The noise(dB-A) that stated in the specification is fake!!!

I can feel big air is pushing out by this Cooler Master 90cfm fan, but not sure if its exactly 90cfm as stated in official site.

If you're using as a CPU cooler or radiator fan, the static pressure matters a lot. It's not the cfm really smile.gif

Artic cooling f12 will easily dapao CM 90cfm fan. Better bearings, higher static pressure... not sure for airflow though...

and another thing f12 beat CM 90cfm, u dun have to worry about leaked oil from bearing and dead LEDs from CM...

I got the CM 90 cfm fans and I got to say that the static pressure on this fans is not good at all.

Even a simple paper or pingpong test, I got a couple of different fan models and the CM 90 cfm has the weakest pressure among all
