1) You feel nothing when you put your hand behind the fan, because the fan has High CFM not STATIC PRESSURE.
2) HIGH STATIC PRESSURE doesn't mean HIGH CFM.
3) HIGH CFM doesn't mean HIGH STATIC PRESSURE.
4) Of course some fans have both HIGH CFM and STATIC PRESSURE.
5) HIGH STATIC PRESSURE fan good for blowing heatsink or other hardware in your casing.
6) HIGH CFM fan good for exhaust/intake (More cool air go into the casing, hot air exhaust from the casing fast)
Correct me if I'm wrong
I'm using Cooler Master 90 CFM Green LED Fan now, quite satisfied with it.
*Edit* The noise(dB-A) that stated in the specification is fake!!!
