TS, so now how? U goin back to the project or not.. why failure ma?
Maybe you choosed the wrong set of speakers to play with? Anyway if you would like your sound better, just add in a cheap tweeter at the front, and buy 1 subwoofer and put it at the back, crank up your volume (not too loud though!) and i think you should be satisfied. Unless you want to throw away that inverter of yours - do PM me the price. I live near Cyberjaya |

QUOTE(neato4u @ Jan 1 2009, 05:36 PM) TS, so now how? U goin back to the project or not.. why failure ma? i didnt invent anything...i did it with edifier r401, the sound produced by the satellite speakers were loud and clear, but just have to take off the front plastic protector...the face lah i mean...if not it will bend under hot sun....Maybe you choosed the wrong set of speakers to play with? Anyway if you would like your sound better, just add in a cheap tweeter at the front, and buy 1 subwoofer and put it at the back, crank up your volume (not too loud though!) and i think you should be satisfied. Unless you want to throw away that inverter of yours - do PM me the price. I live near Cyberjaya i placed the subwoofer in the trunk and the bass was very disappointing...not clear, soft and no feel my actual point to put those speakers in the car was to get SOME better bass...but end up with a very disappointing result...so i decided to put it back into my room and really get some money to get a set of real ICE in my car and so now, i'm using mac audio amp, jbl gt5-12" subwoofer, boschmann component, and some cap ayam component behind coz low budget...and i am happy with this result... probably the cause of this problem is my computer speakers weren't powerful enough but... it's serving me better in my room... |

QUOTE(highway04 @ Jan 2 2009, 11:15 PM) my initial plan was to use an amplifier from jalan pasar there then connect to the speakers and add a bigger subwoofer...but somehow i got lazy and just use the edifier amplifier as it is...so i think thats the problem there...anyways i got a brand new 10" bazooka subwoofer with wooden box for sale.... |

Sorry for bringing up this thread..
i have a few inquiries.. If i use a power inverter to power the household appliance in my car.. do i need a fuse?or just plug n play? 2nd, let's say i use a power inverter to power my pc speakers in my car.. the relay shud be added to the power cable right as posted in the first thread.. where is the power cable? i'm a little confused with the setup .. @2nd question.. or is it no need to add relay as the power inverter will off when the engine off? |

to be more accurate-
u need a pure/true sine wave inverter. normal ones are called modified sine wave inverter. usually more economical but not recommended. it will appear to be choppy squarish sine wave output. |
