means if your card has 64 sp , 384mb , 192bit ,

then u flashed to 8800GTS G92 bios ,
the rivatune still show you 128sp , 512mb 256bit.

but still the card has 64 sp , 384mb , 192bit , but not 128sp , 512mb 256bit.

the only thing changed is core/memory/shader clock after bios flashed

that's what we heard, but the OC will be quite high, and u'll have to really look for artifacts and temp...
rite now my performance is somewhat same to 4850 stock speed, and i'm happy with that...even if it failed, it's still quite good by itself, the OC range is high for this card

as for the performance, every single card is different in terms of OC limit, and yes, the temp will increase and artifacts might appear if u are over ur limit...
mine now after mod of to 700/1750/1000, the max load temp after 1 hour gaming with GRID and crysis is 80++, sometimes hit 90 if i don turn on air con...

u might wanna check out 4850 if u are not tight on budget....
i would actually suggest 4870 if u can really afford it..it's really really good

i say result same because i only compared crysis, and that card is optimized for nvidia, that's why i can get same speed(my fren reminded me today)

for other games, i am not really sure, because i either didnt play those, or they are testing or resolutions higher then mine, and i cannot get proper result with that

erm...u mean crysis is optimized by nvidia? so the performance with Nvidia gc will perform better ?
