Too easy kena poisoned liao, cos I car lover mar Recently only started "applying" my love of cars seriously(by collecting scale models)... last time already got few die-cast but never really got into collecting cos thought too ex Now found cheaper alternatives like Tomica!

Yea it's RM7.90!! The shop is in Mahkota Parade Melaka, kinda like a model scale shop (RC, diecast, model kits)...

I went into the shop looking for car plastic model kits (wanted to try modelling ), then my eyes caught the sight of the Tomica rack... wow, RM7.90!! Couldn't believe it, so double-check by asking the salesperson who was watching me, "This RM7.90 rite?" He nodded, to my delight! Then I saw some models priced at even RM6.90!!!

First, I thought, "Wow, I found a paradise"... then as I scanned through the cars, I realised mostly standard cars and frankly, none that were interesting to me (got Pajero, Toyota sedan; Celsior?, S2000)... Was hoping for cheap Limited Editions but unfortunately they dun hav but decided to get the 2 cars since I thought they were a bargain

Limited CTR still can find ar (other than KL)? Seems like really "limited"

Might need to source from fellow forumers instead...

Wow, metal nameplate? Got any pics? Looks like new collectors (like me) hav missed out on the "good times"... but better late than never, I guess? (mayb next time TLs use same packaging as regulars!)

Thanks guys... looks like the nameplate definately adds to the value... dunno lucky-lucky got shop selling "old" TLs or not

Bout that Skyline... beautiful... I love cars with authentic decals on them... makes them worth every cent!

BTW Zeff, saw ur post... love ur "burnin rubber" diorama! Simple but effective ... might try it out too
