nope. the TM has been very good, colleagues too, the boss is also excellent. but I've been doing customer service for over 5 years and to endure the future years kena marah @ maki with those SG people, i better look up another chance lah.. the salary is superb + shift allowance. my batch came with 20 people, now only 10 or 12 people left. I had 5 time customer calling in and after lots of tantrum thrown, they asked "are u singaporean?". I said No. then they reply "no wonder lah..." WTF!!!

Zairulnisya - Yes, i do agree with you on the overall of working condition and environment there at E2 Power as i myself is from there too. However one thing for certain which is the super bloody S'porean customers which really cekik our neck tight. No doubt that singaporean customers are very sensitive and particular specially if their a/c has been handle by malaysian side.

I would say malaysian customer are much more easier to tackle as they aren't much demanding as compare with singaporean. we can see it for ourself. Singaporean will take our word for it serious, malaysian customer, can still tolerate.

regards.

singaporean or kia su ppl are like that, they exaggerated over a minor things, particularly when the person/process involve is MALAYSIAN!!!! Me too, under spore process, cc appl, what we got complaint, complaint & complaint over a simple minor issues, really fed-up with spore process. No more SPORE process for me in near future, too hard for me to digest.

Particularly, all co is in charge of Spore client facing the same problem, I dare say, for your info, actually I'm not working in e2 power, but since we're talking abt sporean, not complaining abt e2 power. My friend working at Prudential as well as Shell facing the same problem also.

By the way PenangLaksa are u working in e2 right now.

basically just to share some information here....
regardless of which co. that you are working specially on handling sporean customers or doing their process, it is just a pain on the ass....
exactly like what cherly08 said, they like to exaggerated or simple words love to make small things big....
i have been in call centre environment before with SCB and AMEX handle sporean, and it's not easy things to do.
Like i mention, what ever you promise or said, they will take every letter and words seriously. And singaporean is very famous for one thing 'Suing'.

yup. agree with u jay. that's y our call care criteria is very important. poor siew feng. over 100 staff. only one person to identify any mistake made by cse.
i happened to answer a call from the ministry's wife. almost half an hour i wasted just to explain about available balance.
few colleagues of my batch got hired by Maybank Call centre at bkt jelutong. servicing m'sian private banking cm. office hour only. 2.4k pm. lots of benefit also. so far they said the cm way much lenient that of SG one.
