Went through the whole funan and sim lim today looking for the black EEE 900.. it's nowhere to be seen sad.gif White one easily available though. Gonna think hard tonight to see whether I can live with a white one..

Just saw in Changi Airport.. the price for Eee 900 (Linux version) is $746 (duty free)

alright, got myself the eepc from digi plan together wif data modem.(damn this thing costs over 1 k).

the plan is rm123/mth for 2 yrs. i m canceling my streamyx

all in is rm2954. not a bad deal considerring

1.eeepce (1649) window based. linux is 1299/1399
1 data modem (1159)

both ald 2808

wah... first thinking of 701... now with 900 closing in, i think 900 is the best option under 2k... and under 1kg... All the basics in.

But when will it arrive here? Anyone bulk it in? or all of you wait for the resellers to have it here?

Depending on the launch price and the actual battery life but I think the Wind should be a better contender since its got a big keyboard and support regular 2.5" HDD
