Yups, males tend to be larger than females. I see that often. Some females grow larger, this could be due to the different Petaurus breviceps subspecies. I do have a male which is the same size with the female, and I have one which is larger than his mate.

If a glider stays at 1 place without moving, some of us call it stoning. What does it mean? Well, when an animal stays in 1 place without moving, just stay like a statue, it means stoning. It's like day dreaming a bit, in a daze. Nothing to worry about.

What's my gliders' daily diet? Everyday is something different.

Each morning I give mealworms. They love eating at night so I give more food at night. Actually I have posted this a few times already lah, can search mah. I also posted this in my blog on diets. Just give variety of fruits. There is no need to copy what I feed today and what I feed tomorrow. LOL, man, this is funny.

Actually I had wanted to know as well. I'm still feeding my gliders, 2 - 3 teaspoon of slurp in the morning, various fruits + mealworms in the evening. Once a week will be fruits + 1 dog kibble each. Slurp in the morning has not change and probably never change - same breakfast every time. I hope there's nothing wrong in doing so.

Nopes, nothing wrong with that. You can give the dog kibble everyday but make sure only 1.


Anyway, looking at adpost.... sad case to see people selling joeys at such an age.... super duper underage, like just OOP or open eyes but say 2 months old. Go and look.... pity those joeys.

OK, so gliderslurp every morning. For evening will be fruits + dog kibble or fruit + yogurt or fruit + baby food or fruit + mealworms.

I seldom give them mealworms nowadays because mealworms always die. I dont know why. I havent figure out how to filter the mealworm poo so the mealworms in the container with spots (which is actually their poo). I gutload them with green vege and kibbles for 48 hours before feeding but by the next 48 hours (4 days after buy), many would have died even though I took out the vege and throw it away to replace a new one... Why does this happen?

Anyone can advise?

Those that died are those that are contaminated..... so is good that they died. Use a sieve that people use for flour when baking. RM2 can get already or even cheaper.

Well, my females are slightly bigger in size than my males... But my males still weigh more than the females despite the size



Ermm, practically anywhere I feel like bringing them...

Office, mamak, Ikea, Ikano, Cineleisure, KLCC, KFC, my moms house, my friends house and so on

Haizzz, it's been few days already my monsters eat little fruits that I've prepared... Normally 1 full bowl will either finish or half eaten at the end of the day... Now, not even a quarter is eaten... So waste full! I have no choice but to throw away the remaining every morning... It's like RM2.00 worth of fruits just throw away...

They just finish up the mealies and mix... Even tho I have reduced the amount of mix, they still don't eat much of the fruits

KP, Mine also like that. Thats why now I'm alternating between slurp and fruits. one day slurp and mealies, another day fruits and mealies.

But now she like , glider yogurt and glider fruit sicles.

As usual.. mealworms her most favorite.

I used nail o matic but her nail still look like not trim.

Mine cant la.... very hyperactive.... cannot sit still even in one minute.

But loveable... , now she change, less nib. and always licking me.
