tint is where you can adjust the level of Red, Green or Blue.
LCD tv is generated by the backlight, the higher the backlight level, the brighter the screen, vice versa.

SAMSUNG PS-42Q91 RM5199 - obsolete
SAMSUNG LA-40R81BX RM4800 - better get the newer 40A450 with free dvdp at abt same price.

All sifus! Please help me in selecting a 32" LCD TV budget is less than 3k. I dont need it for Full HD. I used it for DVD's, and PS3. Thanks

A dealer told me that pv8/pv80 price gone down a bit. dunno how much. he says he will get back to me monday. guys is that true ?

yes, both model drop price a bit. pv8 below 4k now.

Hi all

Previously planned for 42 inches tv, but my viewing distance is only 9 ft (condo), and now plan to go for 32 or 37.
Can someone please suggest a few models?
a, non-hd
b, only for astro viewing, once a month link with laptop
c, sd slot, usb etc (optional but preferred)

New series. Sony BraviaKLV-32S400A. RM2300 @ HN. Free S video cable only. Was comparing with Samsung Series 4. Colour sony is definetely much better. resolution wise. Sammy 10k:1, sony 15k:1. quite happy with the buy but dunno about the price. i think can be cheaper abit more.

but RM2300 is a good deal too.

Just checked at Klang, PV80 = RM4900. Is this price ok?
