Take a few sample shots of the scene you want to shoot, resize to 640x480 and post it here. Then we can see what might work for the pic. There is no one rule that works for all. Kind of subjective, you might want an effect that we might not want. One of the reasons I choose K850i is because it allows greater manual control over the camera settings, most importantly, ISO and AE Bias.

SE phones always have low-FPS recording quality. hope they will be able to improve in next batches of new phones. it's a disappointment when you can have such good camera but only records low quality video.

you can't really see the difference actually. because human eyes are nto able to 'detect' up to 16M colors. just that some Nokia's phone screen are brighter & clearer under the sun.

BOLD : Nah, ur eyes got problem i suppose, i played with my class mate's v6maxx everyday, i dont find the LCD anything better than k850. Except for v8/v9, not yet compare before.

As for k810 compared with n81 statement, dude, this is k850 thread.. If u say u can really see the difference between k850 and n81 's screen (i mean huge difference in terms of colors), then i guess u have a pair of "super eyes". Because i cant really found any differences although i using both of them everyday. Except for the different technology by n81 LCD and k850 LCD.

u langsung duno wat i am talking about,i never see k850 screen,so i duno,tats why i ask here if k850's 262k compare to nokia's 16million will how,then due to i never see k850's screen,so i take k810 as my example,i am not saying k850's 262k no good,jus i never see,so i wan know,if u take v6maxx to compare with k850,,sure v6 will lose la,and jus now i am taking k810's 262k to compare with motorola E2..

seriously most people are unable to see the difference between 262k & 16M colors. i've tested K850i & 6120c. Nokia's screen just might be a lil bit brigher. other than that, barely can see any difference.

is BROD a software or hardware related problem? my previous burnt IC with K770i is settled within two weeks while touch-sensitive keys problem with K850i is settled within 3 weeks. guess you gotta rush them sometimes or they will take things lightly. what i know is warranty takes time but most problem can be settled within 1 month max unless it's a very serious problem. usually AP warranty is like this : 1 week checking & diagnose, 1 week spare parts ordering (if not readily available), 1 week repair & service. smile.gif

have experiences with Telstra, Pacific & Nanyang Choice. their services are quite okay. not sure about other companies though.

But i saw few magazine said that K850 camera are lose and not very good comparing with N95 or N82.
But i saw the picture posted at last few post...it is very nice and not bad as write by the magazine.
So is it the camera really not good?Or its need the skill when take a shot?
And i also heard that K series in K850 camera not good than the previous 1 like K810 or 800.
p/s:this not my opinion...juz looking from magazine only~smile.gif

the touch screen is ok when u get used to it, just need to tap it lightly with the end of the finger tips
pressing hard or leaving ur finger on the touch panels wont do any good, when there's no response, just lift up ur finger and tap again... nod.gif

wow, clareen is also joining the k850i club! cool.gif

k850i records at QVGA, 340x280 at 30fps. The video quality is comparable to Nokia phone expect that Nokia can record up to VGA.

As for the screen, I haven't got a chance to compare it with N82 or N95, but it certainly beats n80 and n73 hands down. Even k800 beats N80 and n73. Legibility under sunlight is great, but a few lower end Nokia's do better in this aspect. Nokia is perfected their sunlight legibility on some models I heard. As for viewing angle, my k850i serves me well up to 170 degrees. Go to the shop and see for yourself.

not sure if other users face the same issue as me. mine gone crazy just after 1 month after bought it, sent for warranty for 3 weeks. might be i'm just being unlucky. sad.gif

K850i can record @ 30fps? that's awesome! coz thought SE phones only record @ 15-20fps. blush.gif
