Out of all the outlets in KL and Selangor that sells the Swift, which one offers the most discount and cheapest price? What price do they sell it at for the normal 1.5(A) version?

once your loan approved, around 1 week can get.

mine almost a month because i ask for WUS no. so have to wait until 21 dec for the number to start running.

on Mudah, that is Hikari or Sport bodykit which u can ask if you want to add. Premier model got extra leather seat & vkool tint if im not mistaken.
*
I bought Swift Premium package. In this package its include body kit with single exhaust (RM2k), leather seats (RM2.4k) n V-Kool tinted (RM1.6k).

For others type of body kit u can try to kow team with the SA to just give it to u for free or u may need to add some extra cash or u will not get any cash rebate as n exchange.

I buy this premium package just because I dont have much time to install everyting seperately at the out side also need to do a little study n survey for the best price.

Some people said when u go outside u can get more cheaper but to me its true but everything got their own grade. The price maybe cheaper but the grade n quality is not the same. I really2 satisfied with the V-Kool tinted n the leather seats. So comfort in the car. rclxms.gif

Price advertised are being governed by Suzuki Malaysia so best is to ask salesman there directly for best price.

Most of the time year end is the best time to get cheap cars due to all the massive discount and freebies

but downside is manufactured 2010,resale value will still look at manufactured date

1.3 is Diesel n its come with turbo. The normal one is just 1.2 Petrol. The new design in some angle looks like new member of Wolkswagon. Huhu...

Added on December 27, 2010, 11:28 amMy Swift already reaching 1k km in less than a week. I don't yet received the 3 years free service coupon. Now need to use my Swift less for not letting the mileage reaching 2k km that will void the 1st free service. Um... Looking forward on my SA about this.

Normally how long will it takes for someone to get the 3 years free service coupon from the date when they received the car ?

Hi! I'm a relatively new comer to Suzuki Swift community. This is my opinion about this car:

Swift 1.5L has slow acceleration, that's why people felt like it's underpower but it's far from underpower. I fetch 4 very fat people inside the car and the car can move easily on the highway while using very little fuel. Doesn't matter how many people sit inside the car; going from 0-60 km/h is very very slow but after that the car really flies. If you play with the transmission (going from D to 3) then pickup improved a little but still slow acceleration cry.gif

FC is the best around 70-80 km/h with 16-20 km/l but slow driving especially in city driving it's horrible around 8-10 km/l. Handling is superb especially around the corner, like driving a go-kart. Interior wise, got a lot of rattling noise coming from the plastic panel on the door. When playing bassy music, the speaker also rattles. Anyone else having this problem with rattling noise? Exterior wise, it's nothing special except for the fuel cover which feels cheap like a milo tin cover.

No problem for tall people on the front seats but back seats maybe slightly cramped in terms of legroom. Getting out from the backseat also slight problematic because the half of the tyre rim blocked the back door. I could get out easily from MyVi's backseat. Other than few minor annoyances mentioned, this car is really great and I'm fast falling in love with it wub.gif

Guys, is this normal when you drive your swift, you can feel the vibration when your foot touching the pedal and sometime I can hear the engine sound revving while driving? Before this nvr heard anything and really silent from inside. Just worried might be something loose inside the engine.

Also, after turn off the engine, I can hear a water drop sound coming from the top side of the engine. It sound like tek..tek..tek...

Hey guys, i have a few questions regarding the swift.
1. In terms of reliability, is the swift reliable? Does it often break down or give u guys any problem?

2. How is the fuel consumption like for city driving? On average.

3. Anyone of u guys compared this car to the satria neo? Which one feels nicer to drive and which one is better in terms of power? I know that the neo has better specs, but anyone prefer the power on the swift compared to the neo?

Thanks guys! smile.gif

1. My cousin using Swift for almost 3 1/2 years. She often drive Swift from KL to Kertih (Terengganu) for offshore. So far she never complain anything about it. Just rattling sound come from unknown source but that one SC had fix it.

2. For fuel consumption 80% City and 20% Highway using BHP 97 full tank can go around 450km-470km. Actually depend how you drive it. (I'm heavy footer)

3. For Neo CPS - Swift, I did test drive once from Puchong to Cheras and come back to Puchong using my friend car. For Neo advantage interm of speed Neo quite better than Swift but for handling and swiftness Suzuki Swift far ahead. The interior Swift looks nicer and the sitting for driver and passangers Swift much comfortable and quite large than Neo, Swift can fit in for 5 people include driver while Neo 3 people need to cramp in at the rear sit(really cramped, passangers can't move their legs). Some more fuel consumption I think Swift much better.

It's normal when raining you can hear water dropping quite noisy(you can ask SC to fix) but for your problem I think there is possibility leakage in your engine(just my guess) and maybe it related the vibration at pedal engine problem perhaps.

I think you should check with Service Center as soon as possible. So far it never happen to me..

For top speed after I change rims from 15 to 16 it can easily go for 175km doesn't feel shaky or wavery (max 180km at pedometer)..I think I go more than 180km...For zero to 100km around 9-10 seconds..

You should test drive first then you will know which one better. I do my test before I decided to grab on Suzuki Swift. smile.gif

Thanks bro for the reply! Anyway, when u increase the size of your rims, will it dramatically affect the performance of your car?
