I apply for management trainee...1 of my friend already got the job...she going to interview last 2 weeks & after 1 week, they offered her a job...during the interview, she is the last person to be called & she is the fastest (only 10 min. compare to others)...she will start work on 13 June & will be paid RM2800 & also based at HQ (KLCC)...btw, her background was science & not related to banking at all...

You could drop your CV directly to their human resource website hrd@publicbank.com.my and state what position you are applying for.

Actually not really, I was a former Graduate Trainee in PBB myself and I'm from science based too tongue.gif

But in the end it all boils down to your passion and interest. Of course those studying banking would have some sort of advantage as they are more well versed with the terms used, nevertheless PBB offers quite good training to all newjoiners thumbup.gif

I will join PBB start from next monday, based at HQ. I am from science field degree too. It's glad to hear that PBB offers good training to new joiners. by the way, wat's the difference btwn management trainee and graduate trainee?

I went interview for the position of management training programme. But finally they offer me graduate trainee.

I had attend the interviewed this morning (Friday morning)...based on my interview, what can I conclude is that just be yourself & answer all the questions that they ask you...the interview was not really too formal...FYI, they never ask me about anything related to PBB...they just want to know about you & especially why you want to work for PBB...

Can I ask what are the procedures if I wanna resign within 24 hours? I am still under probation in PBB. Should I hand in to the manager or the hr? Hopefully someone can advise me on this. Thankss
