QUOTE(mu_777 @ Apr 4 2013, 06:56 PM) Guys I just came back from the MT interview. My interview lasted around 35 mins (timed it!) and the HR executives were cool and friendly people. congratulations..hehe.I applied for trainee credit analyst and my interviewer was so sweet to have agreed with me on many issues. We had a discussion about credit. I really hope that I made it through because they seem to be quite impressed. Interview was about general questions initially, then moved into credit industry. She even gave me a scenario to work on! But it was a good experience, regardless of the interview result, I think I had fun and experience. I will just pray for at least 2 weeks to get the offer. |

QUOTE(edmund90 @ Apr 5 2013, 04:35 PM) Hi Actually the MT program is a 1 year training program for fresh graduates that wish to embark into the banking industry. As for Public Bank, they will offer sales or non sales positions. Then once u've successfully completed the program, base on your performance, you will be promoted to full fledged officer. More info:So what position did they offer now? I tot MT itself is a position? I have been schedule for interview next wed for MT. Any guideline to provide? Usually what they ask? Thx http://www.jobstreet.com.my/jobs/2012/4/p/...617740.htm?fr=J As for the interview, you will be interviewed by HR executives asking general (education, background, etc) questions and some related to the banking industry. So just get an overview of the industry in M'sia before you attend the interview. Good luck!! Dont worry, I think when we apply for jobs, surely expect some unsuccessful applications. I'm sure your time will come!! |

Don't be too worry, I read in a lot of posts and people tend to ask things like "what kind of questions will be asked" etc. Actually you just need to be yourself, able to tell them more about you (and relate to what you have written on your resume), and a little bit of the company background and the position you applied for. That's it!
If there is anything you need to improve, that will be the calmness, the ability to keep cool and not to get too nervous, then only you can make the interview process interesting, which will probably land you a job. |

But sometimes it is normal that you feel nervous for the first few interview sessions, then I think experience will help you be more steady. So r u working now Gadget Empire? |

I just received a call from HR today, they're offering me the sales administration and marketing position. It's related to administration mostly but my first priority was credit analyst. Anyone knows what's the job scope and prospect? :3 |
