Very difficult to say. By law, CF bonnet is not allowed. But again, it depends on the officer's mood, etc.

But usually proton cars without the proton logo on bonet can kena right? correct me if i am wrong..

I'm not sure, but there're cases that people kena because of this reason.
For my case, I cabut my Honda logo because I modified my front grille. Haha...
