My friend from US told me, when YS gov want to implement compulsory seatbelt usage law, those human rights/NGO protest. They agree that by using seatbelt can save your life but they dislike the idea that goverment can control how they decide to live or die.

the kidnap case is not u being kidnap in ur own car which is vip tint...i mean those kidnapper go tint their car with dark tint aka vip tint..then when they kidnap or do illegal activity will be easier..somemore when road bloack, police want to check inside ur car..they can easily carry out their duty. if not..if they ask to wind down the window..then suddenly the robbery pull out gun and shoot them le..
VIP is different from us incase of their status...like agung or sultan...in rukun negara laready say liao wat..
