i still remember the history why they banned for tinted over the percentage they asking for.

when people starting like to use DARK tinted. and 1 month cost alot of accident . and tat why they come out the rules of not use those tinted over the percentage of that requested.

thx for those people who over the tinted on the screen and cant even see the road even under the sun light. i used to sit once before. damn terrible. even very hot bright summer inside the car u still felt like is nite time.

2. all cars must be fitted HID, but of course with projector lamp/glare shield
3. knn lim peh don't want to see all those potholes

If you really don't want to move to left side, for whatever reason, just lower down the rear view mirror. Don't you realized that there is a switch at the bottom of the rear view mirror.

I agree that the usage of dark tint should not be limited to just VIPs. Are their lives more valuable than ours? As it is, robbers are targeting single women. If a car is tinted, it makes it harder for the robber to see that the woman is alone, no? It also means that people with flash DVD players, meters, etc in their cars will have it good, no?

Haha.. couldn't think of other suitable metaphor.    But I think its quite ok actually. Let say you have a house  with high fence so no one could peek or get in your house. But if someone still manage to break in then... because no one outside would know what happen. Its a double-edge sword like those tinted.  And I also think we should be safe in our own car, just like in our house. 

My friend from US told me, when YS gov want to implement compulsory seatbelt usage law, those human rights/NGO protest. They agree that by using seatbelt can save your life but they dislike the idea that goverment can control how they decide to live or die.  I also don't know to laugh or not.
