i plan 2 tint my car..vlt is 55%...shd i wait after july since it might hv some chges in the rules?

Just passing by Federal Highway and Taman Connough Highway these day,seem like everynight JPJ,Police and Traffic make with lot of roadblock.I also switch off the HID on certain places that i will know with roadblock.
Just now another roadblock at Taman Connough Giant,both side and the other 1 is before the toll from PJ to Cheras. Last Wednesday and Monday,JPJ/Police Traffic at Federal.Massive roadblock with the their tow car as well. |

It's a standard procedure when you got summon and it's factory fitted.
