yep...opened it the mo i noticed this thread..that was like..during my first few postings. This is the notice that i got from fleabay

i thought i had seen somewhere in my email about the sucker got arrested by pdrm or something....darn...not there anymore..

it's been quite a while i did't check on this case. RM 150.00 is a great lesson for me 4 dealing online with anonymous seller. yep, i also received this email. but i was too disappointed and furious in the same time with ebay.com.my policy. anyone get back their money through Purchase Policy Protection? Please be informed that, that bast*rd shazrin changed his nickname from dvcenergy to my name and my address after he knew that i started this thread in lowyat.net. I would be very appreciated for previous posting of my credentials to be removed . Thanks. Regarding he has being caught, the source if from police?

deal to buy new Nokia Hp
make a payment almost 2k
n d 1st deal was success
this is not a internet deal k
COD n meet at mamak stall huhu

after d 1st deal succed i interested 2 make a 2nd deal
which cost me about 16k + 5k (my fren)
after 3days doing payment no news bout him
call him n no answer
he only reply my sms n keep say
'ada problem sikit..lambat'
feel sumthin wrong wit tat guy
n lastly after a week from d date i made d pyment
he HILANG edi..

try 2 search him 1st cos got his car plet num n find d girl
who introduce tat con man to me
d plet num a fake 1 ...registered 2 lorry
n d girl gone also

make a police repot at Desa Aman
Comercial Crime Division
same like 1 of u guys stated ere
my case been handle by 1 guy
Inspector Mun (malay guy,dunno his fullname)
n dunno this inspector from Balai Polis Gombak or Desa aman
cos made a repot at desa aman n been transfered to Gombak
gv all d detail n resit

after almost 3/4 month (forget dy)
got phone col from police station
caught tat guy edy
wahhh... i thought police just goyang kaki n dont make any action
went 2 police station (Gombak) n meet him face 2 face
his wife merayu2 2 me to settle tis outside
i brought my fren almost 20 ppl outside hehe
his wife agree 2 pay me 23k
agreed 2 settle tis matter outside
tat evening his wife pay me 23k CASH!~
wowee ..

police claim tat he got many bad record
all fraud 1
huhu

after settle all d payment
me n a fren follow their car (follow senyap2)
n found tat his house in Gombak
Jln Gombak ...aiyok...really near my house la
hehehehe
after tis if anyting happen i'll find him
smack his face kaw2 hehe


p/s= u may think police dun make their work ...
u need to call them often n update anything from the officer been incharge
on ur guy case... hehe sorry for my bad english ..tq

hai guys, how r u all? hmm the discussion shows that fraud still in run. anyway guys i just got my got my check for the buyer protection from ebay.
but they had deduct rm90 for their fee. how many of u had already get your refund?

you did?....thought ebay never really bother about its buyers
