Dispute status: Open - the seller has not responded yet

Next steps:

* Once the b*stard* responds, you'll be notified via email. You can then communicate further to resolve the dispute.

* If the dispute can't be resolved or if the seller doesn't respond within 10 days, you can report the b*stard* to the eBay Trust and Safety team which will take appropriate action against the seller, if necessary.
