RM800 for USB replacement cost. You can always appeal and write a sob story ...

Exact Location of Modem: Next to window on the second level Location: South side of Taman Midah, Cheras Signal: Very Strong Download (4 am morning): 1200 kbps Uplooad (4 am morning): 50 kbps Got the 3.5 mbps package for RM78/month with a free modem worth around RM400, cannot complain lar - works out that if I deduct the cost of that modem, it's around RM45/month only for something equivalent to Streamyx 1 mbps RM88/month package... want to check something, when terminating maxis broadband, do we need to return the modem. i have 2 zte mf600 modem, can i return any modem or the original they gave, do they can track what modem they gave me ?

dun buy maxis! u sure regret after bought it! i nw using it, it damn slow n always disconnect. when problem occur, u call the maxis centre n no 1 can help u.. all of them will oni give alot of excuse.. reli is MAXSHIT!

maxis broadband?i dont have any word to say how suck it is.fortunately i just give it back before a week.but my friend use it.dont talk about download,even connection difficult to get maa..then when ask their staff,they just said "y dun u stop and pay us money(because have one year cntrct)"?
 so for me,dun use maxis broadband unless u have nothing to do with ur money.. |
