What platform you are working on? AMD or Intel?

If Intel, there are two possibilities.
1. Not enough voltage.
2. FSB Termination Voltage is not correct.

If AMD, any AMD Asus OC owner please help him.

I got the same reading number as well when I was using Asus P5K Deluxe. Never manage to get an answer.

Just some update over the BIOS updated from 0403 to 0408. I found more stable when using Kingmax 1066Mhz 1GB x 2 RAM.

What is the temp of your cpu?
can u share with us your config?

My temp idle is 40c-45c, 100% load is not more then 61c-65c

Vcore volt : 1.45
multiplier : 9.5
FSB :425

What CPU and motherboard you are using?

guys, i can't set the PCIE feq to 110. while i set to 110 it fail to boot up. how do i meet this setting???

bros, just set up P5N-E sli for friend and we both wanna know what fsb can go for e 2180 using Kingston 667 value ram tx...didnt see any here

then should run ur OC to show us

hi.. im using asus m2n-vm dvi... im asking the way to downgrade my bios... i;ve updated it to 0807 bios.. but, it has less OCing options.. so, i decided to go back to bios 0201 which is default bios... anyone can help??

You can try this software if your motherboard is using AMI bios. Please double check. So far it is serve me well for Asus P5K Deluxe and Asus Rampage Formula.

This is my rig:

Wolfdale 8400@9x471=4239 Ghz stock voltage cooled with Coolermaster GeminiII

Asus P5QPro

Aeneon XTune DDR2 1066 4 gigs at stock voltage of 1.8V

Zotac 8800GT Amp edition

2 x WD500 Gig in raid 0 configuration

Coolermaster Real Power 550W in Lian Li PC-05 aluminium casing


I was not able to increase my FSB above 447 when I was using Corsair XMS2 DDR2800 even when I increased the ram voltage. Aeneon is great.....reaching 4.24 Ghz all at stock. I just had to increase the FSB in the bios.

System is stable. Completed 3dMark2006 and had a score of 13955.

I ran Orthos for >30 minutes without any problems but temperature was peaking at 65 degrees Celsius. idle 40 degrees Celcius.

PSU: CM Modular Real Power M1000
Displau: 2x Ati HD4870
Case: CM Cosmos S

Mild overclock 3.41Ghz @ 1.26v, Ram 800mhz 4-4-4-12 @ 1.83v
Only problem is the nb temperature, previously 87c on load, now solve liao become 76 on load. Processor temp is at 65c on load

Asus has publish new BIOS for Rampage Formula in FTP server. Will try it when got free time.
