guyz, i got 3 Asus process run in task manager, it's aaHMSvc.exe, AsSysCtrlService.exe, atkexComSvc.exe.. is it safe to disable them? or which of them is useless?

No harm to ur performance. Either way, u can do it in bios.

Hi Sifu here please advice to me on how to overclock my PC and the details as below :
Model : HP VL420 Mother Board : ASUS P4B-MX RAM : SDRAM 133 mhz CPU : Intel Pentium4 2.0GHz Processors
