Instead of sitting on your chair and let the Big Snake cut your throat, please send a complain letter to Mr. Darshan to make sure he got enough bullets when dealing with the Big Snake. Please help him to help yourself!

Don't even bother to email to the maxshit customer care, it'll take a thousand years to process your termination unless for those love letter writers who wrote them love letter frequently. Because they need to go thru few tiers to reach your complaints from the helpline department. It's pointless if you are in urgent (I think most of us can't hardly wait to terminate). Even if they let you terminate, they will silence everything include your complains and records to cover up their bad services. This is not helpful to the battle between consumers and maxshit. Like I said, "Save the Maxis Broadband User, Save the World".

If you really want to terminate the service effectively and get a revenge from the big snake and teach him a lesson, you should write to those consumer rights fighters like Mr Darshan (NCCC)to ensure they bit the shit out of the Big Snake. You will never know that maxshit gave you empty promises and penalized you in the next billing statement. So write to all the above organization to ensure your wallet safety. smile.gif

Besides that, there are some ppl out there still using this service because of no other choice. By writing emails to all this consumer rights fighters, will prevent the maxshit from continue perform their con tricks to them. Therefore, please file more complaints to NCCC to hunt down the Big Snake.

FYI: NCCC and CFM acted lot more faster than maxshit.
* NCCC called me 15 mins after I emailed them. And they forwarded my complains to MCMC
* CFM called me 2 days after I emailed them. And they forwarded my complains to maxshit.
* Maxshit still pending... rclxms.gif Wonderful service, slower than Non-Profit Organizations....
