I'm writing in to complain about Maxis and their broadband service. I hope this would be published in the comments page.

Maxis BB promises of a 3.6mbps service, but that speed is rare. I've never gotten that speed along my whole term using the service. They overcharge us, and bill us for "extra" things such as "itemized billing" and so on. A broadband connection, is defined as a high speed internet access connection. What Maxis is giving the consumers, that is not what people call "Broadband". Maxis ties consumer to a 18 month contract of slow broadband services and frequent disconnection. "Technical issues" for 20 out of a 30day month?  What are we paying for? And seriously maxis, if you are reading this, there is no excuse to have such mediocre service in this era when comparative services are better and at the same price. If you cant handle the capacity because of increase of users, either you spend more on capital equipment or give a discount for the lack of quality service. Cost too high for HSPDA service? Then fine, price wireless services at a premium to those who can afford to use it but maintain and uphold your quality. Don't charge at the same price while bullshitting about 'unlimited connectivity' and giving lousy service that irritates people. Are you aware of the opportunity cost and time wasted coz of slow Internet connections? Please buck up Maxis! We(consumers) are not happy with your service.
