iirc you need to swap manifolds, ecu and intake pipe. manifold bracket might be different too.

QUOTE(terrorist @ Mar 22 2008, 09:18 AM) RCrex, R3 Neo 135hp is on engine, not on wheel, on wheel probably 115-120 only. and the money you have to spent to win it is madness, btw don 4get your car is auto, i don think can do much different. Auto sucks a lot of power....thats why...You can check out Satria thread, a guys named Sam, his Neo also auto, he do port and polish, hi-cam, exhaust, etc, but still the result is not impressive. and, btw, why you go aim for that R3 Neo ? |

QUOTE(kev da man @ Mar 22 2008, 10:23 AM) Which is by current official workshop labor charges isn't going to be really worth it. I'd say doing tuning work on it with piggybacks is a better option together with changing driving practices. And the CPS head, well for now unless someone churns out more aggressive cam lobes profiles for high cam mode, it's gonna be hard to justify going for CPS. |

but IAFM is feasible enough. its actually a separate module which bolts on to the original Campro engine with minor mods

How much is the whole system gonna cost parts wise? (Manifold, ECU [hopefully one can use the original wiring loom and hook up a few extra external wiring], and necessary brackets) 2.) Will the job be covered under P1's warranty scheme? (If still under warranty la) 3.) How much labor time required? 4.) Will Service Dept. even sell you the parts? |

Better we file a clas action suit on a biscuit crankshaft then upgrade with IAFM or CPS
Case 1: ![]() Case 2: More serious, pistons damaged oo ![]() ![]() ![]() Case 3: ![]() ![]() Case 1 and case 2 owners already transplant mivec, third case rebuilt with second hand crank This post has been edited by rcracer: Mar 23 2008, 10:31 AM |

Better just change car altogether, mod little bit oso cannot take already. Engine probably costs less than the gearbox to manafacture.
