same here. very rare for me to get disconnections. (only once or twice during festive seasons) but kept getting DC-ed pass couple of days. Havent called TMnet yet, because still able to connect back

I pay RM66 , and it shows I'm connected at 5.0 Mbps. Downloads never pass the 40Kbps mark tho

Erm, RM66 only 512k speed only.., not 5MB, RM77 only 1MB, so how can you get 5MB for only RM66??

Unfortunately, i also using the RM66 package, which is 512k, thats why i am wondering why Corad get so high speed??

lol mine also RM66 512 package but sometimes my DL speed more than 50kbps

Moved to new place (same area).

Subscribed to 1mbps but i can get 1.5 .... the connection to/downstream from international site is god damn slow though. Surprisingly my upload is MUCH faster compared to my old place.

Stuck with 60.50.*.*,60.52.*.* and 60.48.*.*.

i went to ludibrium for papulatus last two days at the midnight....tot the connection is normal...mana tau after few minutes we are ready to summon papulatus then sudenly lag!!!

then i have to quit...stupid tm laa

usually weekdays they start lagging at 8pm - 12am one

then now start at 10pm until more than 2am... within this hour got few minutes the line is smooth...but a while only...

really piss....

Finally 1 month+ TMnut send their technician to totally change my telephone line outside my home. Now i would like to congratulate them but i can't seeing as how i had to supervise these mentally challenged technicians.

1st they ring my doorbell then ask if this is the right address

2nd I'm totally clueless why they have come when just the other day i was told they were closing my report because international links they have no say

3rd I play along and ask what is he here for and he says to set up a new telephone line cable

4th He thinks he is smart and starts wiring my telephone line at the front of my house & i ask him what he is doing. He say's the same thing again and i tell him my telephone pole is located behind my house and that this telephone pole is not connected to anything. He looks at me stupefied and smiles like a retard and goes to the right pole.

5th Finally gets the job done right and now my cables don't have it's wiring protruding out

6th Does a magic trick even Houdini would be proud off and disappears not even asking if my phone line works. Luckily it did

7th International links still sux because TMnut is my provider

8th No alternative but to go ahead and use this mediocre service

9th Recruiting Taliban suicide bombers to take out TMnut

10th WE PARTY LIKE 1957 because TMnut is no more

11th I save Malaysia with my own broadband service but sadly is worst then TMnut

I could not connect to Streamyx last night from Bayan Lepas, Penang and called their effing customer service which as usual, gave me standard answers. I was told that there are problems in Penang and that they are doing some effing "preventive something something maintenance something something" shit that will affect connections from 7th to 14th July. Also told that "either you will have no connection or slow connection". I told them that "slow connection" is something of a norm whether or not they are doing that preventive shit. Either that or the preventive shit is an endless ongoing thing. They could not confirmed everything will be ok by 14th. They can't confirm when I will be able to connect to the internet again (like I'm going to just sit there and keep trying my luck "in case" I get "slow" connection). Effing idiots.

Anyone else in Penang having problems? I'm now connected in Georgetown area. Sucky connection though.

BLue07 i think i have same prob. since last 3-5days my conn damn sucky.. unstable.. u can check my ping from most be4.. ping to local webby like 2-3k.. WTF!! But then im from Kelantan and i tried to call them but they didnt mention that there is some problems in Kelantan. But i think i need to assume that there is a problem just like Penang. stable 2hrs unstable 22hrs.. Imba SCREAMYX!

yesterday ping was okay..and connection quite fast..but today..wtf ??????????????????? im getting the 60.48 ip range again...wtffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff and looks like its not just me..its as if TMNUT rerouted all our lines to 60.48? wtf???????/
