To use this converter for video files .Just duble-click setup.exe then select either
General:3GPP+AAC general setting or Transcoding_XviD_AAC_911T from the list.

I got another HE-AAC and AAC-LC converter ,m4a23gp converter but for softbank models only.
The plus point of this converter is you can edit the tag files and add album art to song.

Added on May 8, 2008, 4:40 amyup. I forgot which version already but I used to use Total video converter also but after having the audio ,video sync problems I change back to the calcium 3gp converter.
Now only use TVC to convert RMVB and MKV files.

Bro any other good video converter to recommend ?

not sure the phone can support JAD files or JAR files for google map or not.. if can then need to use 3g to stream the google maps oredy.. coz the phone doesnt support GPRS at the moment with hypersim..

Iphone was originally locked and unlocked using hypersim, some are software unlocked.. Japanese are locked phones coz they are registered to the telco la.. like iphone in US is locked to AT&T.. same thing.. hypersim is one of the best chip made out super slim.. worth the buy so no complaints there..

the only complain i heard of from SO905iCS is poor battery lifetime.

but come to think of it, none of the exotics have long standby/talk time, with 770 to 800mAh, it is a norm and a practise for the japanese to charge their phone everyday.

bro badegg..wat are those codes for? seen it in other website..can't recall which website..is it some kind of setting codes for the phones? setting for full screen videos? currently use 902sh..so for that i use SD movie stage and WinAVIvideoconverter to watch full screen.. other than dat duno which one to recommend..hoho

Those are the parameters (settings values) to be passed to the codec written in the transcoding config file.
If you're using Calcium 3GP converter or the variant, you can actually write additional script to output audio/video with different setting (like adjusting bitrate, the sampling rate, frame per second and etc)...

The Calcium 3GP Converter is just act as a middle man between your input and codec. Actually is the codec libraries doing the converting job.

so let say i want to convert 2 videos...meaning i need 2 settings? the codes need to change everytym? or there is the default setting?
