Waaaa.... There is sumthing wrong wit my proc edi lor.... Running @ 3.50ghz wit no prob b4 dis... Then since last week, always hang n BSOD... Downclock until 3.20ghz also same... Sumtimes hang n BSOD... Even if leave it idling... Now trying on stock, if still da same, i guess no more OC edi... My proc is angry wit me kot...

try pump more vcore into it maybe the bsod will disappear.

Nearly 7-8 months i think... 4got edi how old.... I think I've increase da vcore high enuf edi... 3.50ghz@1.63v it should be ok... B4 dis, 3.50ghz@1.60v... Then when got dis problem, increase until 1.63v also da same... Now 3.20ghz@ 1.57v.... aisey...

then sell me cheap2 la ur proc dunno wut proc to choose to replace my current e2160..haizzz...which one worth the most u guys think?

maybe its bcoz u pump too much vcore long enough that if u downclock u also need higher vcore to stabilise it.maybe its already damage.

my oc setting always return to default after a shutdown but the bios setting is still set at oc setting.

wat is the safe operating range for e2180.. not 24/7 use de... for gaming 1...

Meaning when you enter windows its default speed? That means your boot at oc settings was not successful, so the mobo automatically loaded defaults . Check with cpu-z, if your FSB is 199mhz then its the safe mode working

Added on September 7, 2008, 9:41 amYeah....most likely your proc degrading ady. Mine still not so bad, just 1 notch extra voltage needed at 3.2ghz (lastime 1.4v now 1.42v)
