i think its an employment form that u need to bring along for interview.....so is it true that u will fill up a form right after the interview?? if yes i think i can say byebye adi...they never ask me to fill any form
*
I've already filled up the form before going & I submitted the form at the receptionist when I reached there for interview.

During interview, they questioned me based on that form.

Any way that I can check my job selection status? They did not give me their name card also..

I have a friend who got an offer for management trainee position and it involves sales of insurances. I heard that there are targets set too. What i want to know is how will the sales be conducted? Do they ask you to go out and sell like those insurance agents or be based inside the bank and sell? This is because my friend has been based in a Public Bank branch in KL.

Anyone? smile.gif

Yes Banca Insurance will be sales based on insurance.
And Yes There are targets:D.
Due to the fact that you are working most of your time inside the bank as you will also be involve in the normal banking operation. Such as Helping Customer Service and etc.

You are required to Go out side of branch after working hour if it is needed to get your sales target up.
This is what my colleague from that department told me. But from my observation. they spend alot of their times in the branch as well

yeah right. A degree holder that can't write properly and spelt 'University' wrongly. Public Bank sucks to the core, wait till you hear about the annual dinner.

If not mistaken, for MT in public bank, the salary only revised after 1 year of service. Confirmation doesn't come with a pay rise. blink.gif
