If you think you can really sell,go ahead.
If not,be prepared for the exit door in 3 months.

Yes,actually I think ur is Management Trainee position?

You see,PBB's way of work is typical ChinaMan Bank style.

They seem to hate new technologies that make's life easier. They dont like to see thier employees life easier. They want to make it hard for everyone.

So the way they work is,the more suffering there is,the better.

So for credit analyst, you can expect piles and piles of files on ur table most of the time.

Most banks are moving towards paperless transaction, but for PBB is the other way round.PBB use more and more paper for useless reports, daily server backup in branches ,etc etc.

To be safe but neverending paperwork,go for credit analyst.

If you want to take risk but get big rewards later on,go for sales.

seems like PB is not an ideal working place huh...but if i ever go for sales i wouldn't choose PB coz no commission is given based on the sales...i think i will consider credit analyst in this case..thx kevin

I've already filled up the form before going & I submitted the form at the receptionist when I reached there for interview.

During interview, they questioned me based on that form.

Any way that I can check my job selection status? They did not give me their name card also..

yeap they interview based on the form and some technical ques as well...nope they never gave me their name card....i think its better u call to the hr and ask for the application whether they still reviewing or the selection is already over. Btw if i got other offers i dont think i wait for them adi ><
