i'm starting my graduate trainee in pbb next mth, and they offer me front line officer.
anyone can tell me what are the job duties/ responsibility?

and for the working hours is it usually from 8:45 to 5:45?
but i heard is not possible to go home on the dot?

banks are not opened on weekends. but is it possible to need to go back for work on saturdays' / when work cannot be done during the weekdays?

official working hour is 8.45 to 5.45, but for the "unofficial" working hour, depends on which branch u will be stationed in
if u are lucky, u can go back at 6 something
if u are not, the manager will tell u this "u know our working hour, but i expect u to show commitment towards the company". then u pandai-pandai-lah tongue.gif
and most of the time, it's not the working hour that worries u, coz if u enjoy doing ur job, u won't mind spending more time doing it. but if u do not like ur job, and u have to spend extra hours doing the things u hate, well, welcome to PBB tongue.gif

depends on what you want to do in life, and how much stress you can endure.
every companies has its own strengths and weaknesses, everywhere you go, you will face with some kind of difficulties in doing your job.

If im not mistaken, PFA also requires you to sell the bank's products.

yup, it is one of the many sales positions in PBB, but i forgot what kind of products they have to sell, either personal loans or unit trust
