Salary,basic,bonus how many mth,job flexibilty?

hi, im a new teller in public bank, the benefit that public bank offer is best n i love the job very much
the lowest bonus can get is two month
the higher position u got the more bonus u will get

Normally speak dialect or mandarin in Bank?Hear Bank job was stress, true or no?

Need to periodically check the jobs portal like jobsdb or jobstreet as they will have post normal post vacancies.

i worked there before....
its sucked and the hell experience for me.....
i don want to go back anymore plus all my ex-col (who work at pbb and resign) don feel wanna step in again for the rest of their life....................... not that the customer bad its the internal problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the manager only look for pretty girls.........................
all pretty girls are protected as if they are the princesses
imagine, i was hell busy at that moment, but yet those officer and manager treat that im free
i can finish my work on time and it doesnt mean that i have less work to do.......
just because i do things quick....
i remember that time i was the teller in remittance department....
i need to do all the TT, inward outward, rentas, filing, credit bills, accounts cheque, HP cheques, ect and yet they still tot that im doin nothing.... sometimes i need to so the SI, FD, and everything regarding foreign currency...
i still need to help posting cheques and serves regular customer....
some of the customers that doin TT don even wanna press the QMS...
you know why, cuz they said even they press the number, at the end they will end up pushing to my counter!!!
plus the officer said im the most free person at the counter.... my own officer cant even help me cuz she is new and always bully by the old officers.....
at the end when i resigned, they divide my job to 10 teller and then the officer only know that actually i did a lot of things ... but then its too late.... guess what now???? the officer need to do the filing on their own........

gosh, its been a nightmare............................

Anyone know the working hours for PB branch?

8.30 til 5.30pm
but normally no one dare back at 5.30....
usually will have OT but cant claim one...........

for banking hours
9.30 til 4.00pm

If for the tellers in the PB,normally what is the salary range? and the education level?

form 5 will do but need to be good in maths...
they give training don worry.......
salary depends........

if in sabah and sarawak, they have allowance 20% but in west they don paid for those allowance....
so start with 1100++ basic....... and you get increment depending on the month than you enter bank....
let say if you join in between jan-jun...your increment will be in the next Jan but if you join in between Jul -Dec, the increment will be the next jul......

I heard PBB are very generous wif bonus. (i.e. for executive level and above)

All banks r the same one. works like hell. everyday target, target & more targets. But if u can achieve target, mua. . ha. . ha. ., u'll laugh seeing ur account when it comes to year end (bonus, lots of them).

Again u have to learn 'tai-chi', be double headed snake, and most important the art of "angkat-tology".

Sorry to say I dun have any of these qualification & tats y i m still in the support staff level.

if i join as management trainee.Am i considered executive? And how long will i have to work before i can get all those bonuses?

i've just got offer from RHB.... so the basic is currently like this 1100+++++ ........those teller basic are quite same for every bank............

if you do a lot of tai-chi then the appraiser wont be that good.... your bonus and promotion depends much on the appraiser report......

after one year.......

There're executive & junior executive.

Normally u'll have to work for at least 1 year. But If u're lucky, & their financial year ends after ur confirmation, u might get pro-rated bonus (if the management is kind enuf)

better think twice if u really wanna work in pbb....
other bank is wayyyyy better.......
