Hi. I live in Ireland and have recently bought a Perdana V6.
I think it is the only one in Ireland/UK. Does anyone know where I can get parts or somewhere that will deliver parts to Ireland for a reasonable price?

hello RossM,
where in ireland do u live?

anyway, Perdana parts are mostly interchangeable with Mitsubishi Eterna (cause its rebadged/modified from Eterna), and some with Mitsubishi Galant (7th generation).
and i believe u can get parts for those cars..

depends on who and where are you buying from? some if not most second car dealer will temper with the odometer reading. but if you do buy one from those lease to spanco should be quite well maintained.

first and foremost, FC depends on ur right foot.
if u r a right foot heavy driver, then the FC will be bad.

anyway, my measurements and calculations previously with my V6 auto, i get around 7.5-8km/L town and 10.5-11km/L hiway - with sensible driving..

my trusted mechanics: Quoted by NeuroOne

Hi NeuroOne I wish to thank you very much for recommending the above.
I just got off Mr Man's workshop with my V6.
He is a very good man. Very honest, (advise me not necessary to change certain parts now - probably later when I thought it needed replacement ) Very friendly (able to converse well on many aspect) Very knowledge able on V6. I personally will strongly recommend any V6 owner to go to his workshop.
TQVM really appreciate your input on this site that helped me in a direction. 👍 👍 👍

hi vincent
yesterday right after u left, Mr Man told me u went there to have ur ride checked and did a normal lube service.
btw, i hv known him for 10 yrs and he do hv lots of knowledge about cars.
he's one of those guys u can talk to about cars until morning. biggrin.gif

and he's been mechanic to many teams either rally or track races and is still doing it.

Tq NeuroOne, it's because of your care for others that helped a person like me to meet a good man like Mr Man.

Guys, need help here. Recently my car is experiencing pulling to the left side when i release my hands from the steering. I think maybe it is connected to the incident when my front left wheel went over a pothole quite hard when cornering to the right side. Among other symptom that I felt are as per follows:

1) Car constantly pulls to left side when driving, either crusing, accelerating or braking. symptom becomes even worse when going uneven roads.
2) during braking can feel slightly freeplay in the left front wheel, like wobbling front and back
3) left rim feels slightly hotter than right side
4) when crossing road humps feel like front left wheel will bounce one or two times more than front right side.

Actions taken so far:
1) swap tires left&right - no difference but swap tires front and back got improvement
2) already went to check with three workshop on the brakes, three foremans says ok after checking but last I still insist the final foreman to service the brake piston just to be sure. foreman after service says brakes are ok,No difference compared to before service but funny the left side wheel still more hotter than right side wheel.
3) Both front lower arm changed with new sets brand 555
4) absorber also replaced new set
5) alignment done twice already at separate workshop

so what could be the reason for this? hopefully, some sifus here can offer some form of help and guidance.
Thanks a lot in advance.
