@fylon,i just try to start fold only.I join the almostthere team. But i won't fold for 24/7. Last time when i was study,i was folding with my P4 1.7GHz 24/7.Hehe.

Ic.. Well.. Is just uses a software to monitor the the whole folding process? Yea.. Somehow my rigs was on for the whole day do nothing. Feel like to do some contribution task. Haha.. Is something like priming? Can other thing like watch movies, surfing etcs can be done during folding?

Haha.. No la! I mean when i was torrenting. Then the rigs was left there do nothing. Well.. With the help of HT.. Might can do more task then just torrenting right? SESCO? Guess Ray was contribute to TNB also.

Btw, u wento PC image right today? Saw any NEW stuff? I mean stuff that rarely saw in kching? Haha.. I knew there a small section for razer stuff only.

Yes,the software itself will run the whole program.No need to anything on it. Yesterday was folding for the whole night till now,the software is just something like priming too.Can test your system stabality. I folding using console system.Of course at the time i contribute to Sesco,contribute to TNB too!

it's not Norton? Symantec AV? is it free AV?

Haha.. Yea! Another type. Just it wasnt Norton. But symantc, if im not mistaken, is a server type AV. Powahful yet take less resources!

Haha.. Ok lo. For more information do refer to edmin. Well, is server type of AV. Not bad lo.. 2GB of ram until everything is load, i still have roughly 70% of ram is available for use. I try to google for it, but hardly wanna found the information.

On Antivirus,i use Avast,my virus is removed during boot scanning. My antivirus seems like doesn't take much resources in windows,it's unnoticable.Regarding folding,yes we can do other things behind as i don't select 100% CPU usage for it. I select 90% only. But seems like our HT core,the console will only utilize about 50% only.So i have no problem in listen songs and surfing net. I guess if want to run 100% with 2 virtual core,maybe need to run 2 consoles,i'm not sure on this.

if it's enterprise av .. i dun think it's come for free ...

Waoh.. Can hit up until 100% usage for folding? Interesting.. Yea! Maybe need to run 2 console in order to fulling utilized the powah of HT.

Avast? Yea.. Is a good AV as well. Some of my fren was using it now. Does it come with FW? Lol.. I much more perfer the AV which comes together with FW so i dont need to install another FW.

Yea.. Enterprise version.. Well.. Nothing is free lo. Unless ur using the AVG or Avira Classic version. By then.. Im using the -ehm- version. Haha.. Need more information can PM me.

@fylon,my AV doesn't come with FW. You need another FW to be installed later. Sorry for no replying you on the Folding question on points. Yes the point will be awarded to the team or the username use.

Lol.. Is alright. Haha.. I was joining folding now. Folding my 1st WU. Hm.. I was using the GUI version. Set the cpu usage to 100% but in task manager only sown 50+-%. Able to do my other work as well.

Well.. On the same clan as u do. Oh yea.. I much more prefer those integrated FW. Lol.. 3rd party WF somehow will crash with the AV.

Haha.. Only fold when im torrenting and im not im front of the pc for gaming. Since torrenting and the pc is doing nothing, then let it do some contribution work lo.

@sang,yup you can try foldign too while your pc is idle.
@fylon,yup the CPU is just utilize 50% from our total core,this sound great for us as we have another spare core for us to use.Folding,Bt,surf net and play song all we can do at the same time

Lol.. Downloading Vista SP 1 now.. Feel like to make a jump now. Bored with XP already. Time to learn new stuff thou. Got image for HDD recovery really good. Can change the OS at anytime without worried to reformat.
