@fylon,eVGA 6800 ultra needs 2*4 pins molex connectors to plug on?I think your previous Galaxy is better than it right? You can run the same speed but not as power hungry as eVGA.

@fylon,i was away from this forum for past week.Kinda busy with other stuffs. edmin is always busy with his photo stuff. Now this thread has no more overclockers around,damn boring leh.

@fylon,if you sell of your old school then will have 1 o/cer lesser. I think this thread will be dying slowly within a few months. I think you need to run your proc at faster speed in order to handle so much task at the same time.

@kabu,not really overclock.I just let my P4 to run at the o/c speed always,feel unusual when running at stock speed.

@sang,going to sell your Infineon again? What's the max. fsb you can go with the infieneon?

@fylon,do you run 3D mark 05 with on your card ? I bet your GC can get at least 6k in 3D mark 05. Saw the 3D mark Vantage,the pictures are really high quality.I can't grab sang's ram cause currently is lacking of $ too.

@syahirax ,Intel D865GBF isn't allowed you to overclock even 1MHz.Forget about overclocking if you are using Intel board. In order to beat socket 775 P4 series(at stock speed),i think the performance is not really significant even some are using DDR2 on LGA 775 socket.

@syahirax,D975BX2 mobo is able to o/c but that's an Intel High end mobo.DDR1 is still available in market but the demand is not much compare to DDR2.That's the reason why DDR1 is more expensive than DDR2.

Vista if running on 2GB then can enjoy other 3D stuff inside.1GB is no wy to run Vista smoothly. Any new from you guys for the Win XP SP3 ? GEt feedback from edmin saying that not much different from SP2 other than with some hotfix patch.

sang,no choice on our thread. Other than busy,we are having less members are active here.Somemore many overclockers here are already back to stock speed thus make this thread become inactive in most of the time.
