OK, back to two important questions (I probably asked this before but I forgot the answer, dont mind some of you repeat and those of you never seen this before, can help educate me too!)
1. How much does it cost to keep a pair of sugar gliders... The cost of their supplement, grooming, food, cleaning - EACH MONTH?
Okay... Food is about RM15/week for me if you get supplies of Apples, Carrots, Honeydew, Cucumber and Cherry Tomatoes.1. How much does it cost to keep a pair of sugar gliders... The cost of their supplement, grooming, food, cleaning - EACH MONTH?
Mealworms RM1 can last about 1-2 weeks. So each month would prob be RM3-5.
Hun's glidermix can last about 1 month per container. Hun's mix is a supplement that I used for now. Thats around RM7 per container if I'm not mistaken.
Other than that is probably baby wipes for cleaning. One small pack of RM5 should prob last for a month since you only need to use it when they gets too smelly.
Others also used some approved kibbles and dogfood as treats. And some used organic baby foods.
Since I used old newspaper as beddings, I dont really spend on it. Just take some old The Sun copies from office. Hehe.
Its not really that expensive if wanna compare to other pets, like maybe hamsters and gerbils I think, since unlike hamsters staples, the fruits you can also eat. Well, Hun's mix are also safe to eat if you want! And baby wipes can also be used to clean your face! Hehe~

How do you avoid getting pee / poo on each time you take it out?
Like me, pee on me... What is this man...
I find a safe way is to put your glider on an old cloth on a table when you take it out and leave him alone for about half hour. He usually pee and poo around that time. Then you play with him with no pee/poo on your body! Like me, pee on me... What is this man...
