Dividend payment depend on account that you open :-

1) Nominee account - dividend will be paid direct to your trust account
2) Direct Account - dividend will be posted to you

Tinkered around with it, there's an option to update the rates shown in the profit/loss calculator rclxms.gif

It is 0.42% or min RM12 for both online and call. Call mean, you call the dealer to make the purchase. biggrin.gif

Did you receive a hardcopy statement after T+3 ? It mentioned there the brokerage is 0.42% or RM12 whichever is higher! biggrin.gif I'm not too sure why it showed 0.7% in your case. Did you check with the dealer ?

It's actually 0.42% just that by default, the ebroking system profit and loss calculator shows 0.7%

I've since updated it to show 0.42% now.

But i've been experiencing some frequent service down lately. Speaking of which, it's down now too.. wonder what's up with them.

No, cannot, you must open a new one.

CDS is attached with respective broking house, can't cross linked.

Anyone here have a Direct CDS account on HLeBroking instead of a Nominee CDS account?

I currently have a Nominee CDS account with HLeBroking, so is it possible to have it converted to a Direct CDS (dun mind some nominal fee) or have both Nominee and Direct CDS account linked to my HLeBroking?

Just a question, for nominee account. If we get dividend.
normal tax will be 25%.
If want to claim back my extra tax eg. personal tax only at 13%. that's means still got 12% can claim back. Do any dividend voucher available for tax refund?

1)
Hi, i purchased Gamuda a few weeks ago and sold it after the ex-date of it's recently declared dividend. The dividend is due to be released 3rd feb.

Is there anywhere i can check in HLE the amount of dividend due to me? I've searched its various menus but couldn't find the section with this info.

Also, how will the dividend be sent to me? It's only a small amount, i think even less than rm100...

2)
What are the symbols beside the each stock? The o, *, C, ! ...

I tried looking for the HELP in HLE but couldn't find any explanation of the symbols.

Yeah.... you need to open the new one. As for me, i've just open a new HLe-Broking account. They jusy called me up for confirmation. And they told me that for HLe-Broking, they offer zero moving cost as well. That's mean i can start saving the brokerage fees even if i want to sell my existing share.

Ya... previous i am using another brokerage firm with minimum RM28 brokerage fees per transaction. Meaning that a complete transaction which include buying a selling will cost me minimum of RM56 of brokerage. Hopefully with HLe-Broking, will help me save the brokerage fee therefore lower down my break even point.
