It is 0.42% or min RM12 for both online and call. Call mean, you call the dealer to make the purchase. biggrin.gif

It should be the same charges for both but i have an incident where i being charged higher when i call them to place orders.
I make a query to them and they reverse out the charges, so better double check your brokerage fee after every trade especially those trades via call. Just in case.

the only inconvenience is when u sell the share, if u wanna transfer the $ out from the share a/c, u gotta call them.u can't do online. thats the annoying part.

Call is better than filling in a form. With Maybank online, you need to fill in a form and fax to the bank. They will process your request once received your form. This is more painful than HLe. biggrin.gif

The difference of nominees and direct account is direct account can buy IPO shares and nominees account cannot buy IPO shares. Is that the difference? Is it possible to buy IPO shares using HL ebroking?

I am interested in applying for one online trading acct. So, still researching on the best available online trading acct.

is it possible to reset the "average price" of the stock under "my portfolio" section.

After a few trade buying/selling the "average price" became inaccurate.

Can not reset. The average price was based on your total shares price divide by the quantity..
