okok bos... b15 bios? exact date of d bios bro? burnin d ram usin memtest @ 1100 @ 5-5-5-11 w/ 1.95v now. bugger, memtest no problem but hang in sp 32M. mebe need longer burn in...

my chip is really a let down for f3... bad mem controller too as d higher d ram frequency, d more voltage it needs, even d cpu clock was only increased by few mhz...

790x is another option, cf @ 8x each is still acceptable for me. what important most is d price...

dun even bother bout asus's amd board, they mite be gud (but not great) unfortunately their high end boards are always overpriced. dfi ftw...

actually from mid range to high end gigabyte dfi & biostar can be considered gud enuf. dun think biostar t-series still categorized as low end. i'm more comfortable playin w dfi, been usin their bords since nf2 days. but seems like they are followin d foot steps of asus (bein pricey), i do hope for infinity series (cheaper) could include atleast a 790x chipset boards...

i believe when it comes to performance, raw speed is d best. but if can find d sweet spot between ya ram & chip, perhaps it cud be d best.

single core is ok for normal usage even lite gamin, but not for heavy games which are multithreaded one, single will suffers under those kinda programs.

yup, that's d point, actually some overclockers aint games freaks, a normal or low profile gc will do. d real joy is playin w overclockin.

amazingly i still play c&c series nowadays...
