the OC capabilities is not great coz Phenom originally design for a server usage....
maybe AMD thinking that why server need to OC??

They should not forget about thier FAN & Overclocker.....WE NEED TO OC COZ IT REALLY TEMTING!!!

then tried orthos...temp alredy climbing...69c for 3min

i tried to pumped more vdimm but still can't get high FSB. Btw what is the recommended highest vdimm that we should pumped for Kingston Value Ram without heatspreader?

So far the max I'd tried to pump is at vdimm 2.20 but still can't boot up whenever FSB240 and above.

Below 240FSB can boot but orthos fail.

Ur Cpu temp reading is very high.......CM hyper UC all most same with hyper xt
only the fan is different.....hyper UC fan is very bad performance
try to change the fan and buy only black colour fan

ADD: Those Bling Bling LED FAN is Very BAD PERFORMANCE compare with lausy black colour fan

bro, phenom are for desktop, barcelona are for servers.

if tri-core phenoms are sellin @ price of intel e2x00 series, i'm quite sure there'll be users from intel jump ship to amd again (but provided they fix d tlb thingy and can clock better, not 2.5 / 2.6GHz only)...

yeah it for desktop...but the tech and architectures from the barcelona....
so we just wait what will the B3 result....

AMD should do to phenom juz like wat they do to Barcelona...
when the TLB was found, all the shipped barcelona was taken back but phenom was still on sale int the market...
some pros say that AMD announce the TLB issues maybe juz to cover up the bad performance of the phenom...
i think the TLB issues should not be announce coz TLB prob is kinda hard to occur unless the computer uses heavy load... combination of activities... usually we see this on servers...
