Never happened to mine bro. Sometimes this can caused by the HDMI cable. You can try changing the cable.

Meaning it's just all natural. then I might be wrong on my theories. sorry bout that. Anyway, how does your BR2 sound with your yammy? strong hard bass or subtle? I don't mean by signal quality. Maybe the cable is faulty? You can just give it a try, troubelshooting, no harms done. If the cable pass the test, then it could be your AVR.

This might sound stupid, but I really wish to know.
What acctually happens if you Run DTSMA on a 7.1 and 5.1 will you miss out some of the sound? if the source is recorded in 7chs. And if you run 7.1 speaker on just 5.1 source .. ? Sigh .. me noob leh. |

Use analog. Put 663 in pure direct mode. That sounded most clean with my CDP. Of course you can try n see what works for u.

QUOTE(aiman04 @ Aug 11 2008, 10:48 AM) There's clicking sound, just a light 'tak' sound from my AVR when I'm switching to another input but no sounds or anything from the speakers. Maybe the AVR might be faulty if there's sound coming out from the speakers. This post has been edited by sunauto: Aug 13 2008, 08:28 PM |
