a bit normal nowadays.
eve is not working as well for me, there are lag spikes, timeouts and other stuff.
not cool. happily coincides with my current eve burnout though.
after 11/9, the subs expires, and i'm taking 2 months off. marauders V? cap ship V? hmmm....

Easy, buffed up passive tank with neut/nos on high, some heavy launchers and definitely painters so that you can pop those drones fast enough before the Myrmidon can actually start breaking your tank. Use EW drones on your drake, they do wonders. Your drones should focus in reducing hostile cap smile.gif

Remember though, forget bout speed or anything too fancy...your key in winning is drawing a long witted fight.

Did you try to install sisi? Sometime the setting go haywire after installing sis and tran in one partition. Try installing to other partition, remove firewall, turn off antivirus, or maybe it got problem going thru ur mobile phone/modem.

Hai, ok i've done a few brainstorming with the GM's at eve, and we concluded the following. Firstly, regardless whether its singularity or tranquility and this is the outcome

"I have taken a look at the pingplotter you have sent us and it seems that there is a weak point, where your ISP (or one of their ISPs they are routing their traffic through) experiences some packet loss when changing into the telia network, which we are connected to. Sadly this is just out of our area of influence and if it is not directly your ISP, then I fear it might be out of their influence as well.

However, those packet losses aren't really big enough to cause a permanent connection issue, as only a few packets are affected by it, so you may want to check if you are behind a recently installed firewall and if that one allows traffic to the EVE-Server (which is the IP 87.237.38.200) on port 26000 for the protocols TCP and UDP and in both directions (incoming and outgoing).

Hughes net (maxis routing) is a known issue. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. I have spoken to this ISP personally, and they do not admit the problem is on their end. But they have stated they do not like people playing internet games using their service. They also do bandwidth shaping due to what they call "fair use policy." This ends at approximately midnight local time. I suggest you contact Hughes Net and see if they are able to do anything about this situation.

I tried getting Maxis to resolve this issue with EVE's ISP but to no avail, they're front lines are quite clueless and i doubt whatever instructions we hand over to them will become "uhmm... duhhh" in their notes. So hopefully to all maxis users who have overcome this issue besides telling us "hey i can play wat, but only between 3am till 6am liao" please share. Would love to figure this out. By the way using a VPN works naturally but isnt it a hassle using the third party methods, wondering all the time when do i have to reconfigure in the middle of a galactic mission. hehe...

To streamyx users, anyone experiencing glitches with the 4mb data plan during EVE bootup and gameplay?? do share your thoughts & exp.

Me too - have you seen the price, though? =(

Having said that, they're much bigger than those Star Wars toy ships we see. These are around a foot long, and the Tempest is more than a foot tall. Quite tough to store them in a display case - Raven is very wide, Tempest is very tall, and Mega/Apoc are very long. Must take a lot of space....

Another good thing is they made these battleships so big, they can easily release frigate models at the right scale.

Well it clearly shows that maxis is sucks as stimix. Did vpn go through same route or thru vpn server? Or they sniff eve packet and decided to do a roadblock. 4mb data plan? I got 1mb only and it can get pretty laggy during weekend and public holidays. I lost my caracal during merdeka day due to this stupid lag.

Haiya red, wat KB? Kota Baru? Talking in code ka?

500usd for 4 ship? 125 usd? = rm 412 for one ship? If kaya can buy one and put it on my front gate. Put some led and and then can replace house front gate lamp.

you can download at www.eve-online.com

register and download the client. Then u can play 2 weeks trial.

Monthly pay is about 15usd for 1 month package using credit card or u can buy game time code for about rm130. U need to ask daniel in kopitiam ingame chat channel.

I subscribe using credit card for 3 month package. it is cheaper around 12usd i think or rm 40. the longer the package the cheaper it is.
