Somewhere between Gatton and Toowoomba.

First you can chop the chicken, then when you're expert, they offer you 25 an hour to slaughter the birds.

But agent called and said nextweek start.

Hi all,

I've few questions regarding student visa's , hope that all the senior can advice me on this

Recently I went to IDP Penang and applied for a course start on February next year, and they told me I've to wait for another 3-4 weeks ( or maybe less ) to receive a offer letter by the college, I wonder this is a normal process by the college or IDP Malaysia ( Penang ) ?

and also my girl friend who are Australian Citizen and she would like to sponsor me a visa's which allow me to live in Australia in the future, she suggested wait till I enroll my course next year and we will apply for interdependency visa, but the conditions of interdependency visa is whoever " holding a visa with a No Further Stay condition (conditions 8503, 8534 or 8535) " cannot apply for interdependent visa, I doubt that all the Australian student visa's especially Malaysian are issuing under No Further Stay with the conditions of 8503, 8534 or 8535 or different conditions ?

I would really appreciate if anyone can help me or advice me accordingly. Thanks

Yes, it is a normal process for IDP to send your application to the university you applied. You have to wait for 3-4 weeks.
Regarding about the Australian Citizen, you can log on to their website for more information or give them a call. It is better for you to call them directly.

Good Luck!

hi alexander, as far as i know about the sponsor, she have to look at the option available. Currently; if you are not married, it will be other visa category.
based on you description, the only category you will fall into is student and migrant(which require you to marry her).

if you are talking about further stay and future, the only option is your spouse sponsor you and you got your PR. Therefore you not need to go thru TR period like most of us INTL student are require to.But then, all this have to depend on your gf, on how is the sponsorship going to be. etc.

hope this help.
this require professional/legal advise from migration agents.I`m just helping you on resources studying in aus have.

Thank you so much for all your effort to answering my question. Actually what we are worried the most is after I finished my course and am afraid unable to apply for another visa and eventually have to back to Malaysia, may I know does all yours student visa are No Further Stay condition (conditions 8503, 8534 or 8535) ? They told me the student can check on their student subclasses on immi.gov.au . (We want to obey/respect the Australian Government rules and regulation)
